Welcome to Pendo Academy, where we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences to our users. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription

To access our services, you must have internet access and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment (“Payment Method”). We will bill the subscription fee to your Payment Method and include the expiry of access during the signup stage.

2. Differing Memberships

We may offer various subscription plans, including special promotional plans or memberships with different conditions and limitations. Any materially different terms will be disclosed during signup or in other communications made available to you. Some promotional subscriptions are offered in conjunction with third parties, and we are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties.

3. Modification, Termination, or Amendment of Plans

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or amend the subscription plans we offer from time to time.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be given in accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws (ACL) under the following circumstances:

• If Pendo Academy is unable to deliver a course for which a client has paid fees.
• If the client has paid an amount greater than the advertised course fee(s) at the time of enrollment.
• If the client is otherwise entitled to a refund pursuant to the ACL.

Requests for refunds can be made by contacting our support team. Refunds for course bundles will only be issued for the total bundle, not individual courses within the bundle.

5. Denied Refunds

Refunds cannot be given for reasons not prescribed as grounds for a refund under the ACL, including but not limited to:

• Failure to review all information presented on the Pendo Academy website prior to enrollment.
• Change of mind, incorrect choice, change of circumstances, financial hardship, or unwillingness/inability to comply with course requirements.
• Employer or organization not accepting a government-recognized course.
• Downloading all course content before requesting a refund or changing the username after booking.

Learners are advised to thoroughly review all information provided on the Pendo Academy website before enrolling in a course.

6. Refund Policy

Where a refund is not required by the ACL, refunds will only be provided if requested within thirty (30) days of payment being made. Additionally:

• If a student has paid an amount greater than the advertised course fee(s), Pendo Academy will refund the difference.
• Regulatory changes impacting course conditions and requirements may not entitle learners to a refund, as any loss or disadvantage is not caused directly by Pendo Academy.

Clients who abuse the refund policy by purchasing and refunding multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension.

7. Important Note

Our e-Learning modules provide general knowledge and educational support for continuous professional development. However, please note that our training is accredited through our partner RTO’s and the courses are nationally accredited. Pendo Academy is not responsible for how you apply your professional skills in your job responsibilities.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
